After many years of fine turning his knowledge and working under world-renowned chef Kiyonari Yamamoto Hiroshima and learning the craft of making sushi, the owner and chef of Sushi Jo, Joseph Clark, realized it was time to start creating a unique menu in preparation of his own restaurant. Each menu item is designed and perfected by Jo and every roll is a true work of art. Sushi Jo strives to provide excellence and is constantly on the move to bring new inspirations to his restaurants.
